Whenever you decide to delete a file forever you can select the file or folder and then press SHIFT + DEL button or right click on the file or folder and while pressing the SHIFT key select the DELETE option and again you will be asked for the permission. Now you are back to the default way of deleting files. TICK the button custom size and UNTICK the other option. Right click on the Recycle bin icon present on the desktop and click on properties. So make sure when you want to use this way.
If you use this method then you will never get your files back even if you change your mind. If you press OK then your file is GONE FOREVER. Now select your file or folder and press or select the delete option then you will see a warning message which will ask for your final permission whether you want to delete that file or folder permanently. Select the drive from where you want to delete the file permanently and then TICK the button Don’t move the files to recycle bin.
